Route LD1, ‘Longmont / Denver’, is a weekday peak hours only route from Longmont to Union Station via Lafayette, US 36 / Broomfield Station and US 287
Route LD3, ‘Longmont / Broomfield’, runs from to Longmont to US 36 / Broomfield Station via Lafayette and US 287.
Route LD2 was suspended due to the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020.

Route LD1 operates on weekdays only providing 6 peak period trips to / from Denver.
Route LD3 operates 7 days a week. Frequency is generally 30 minutes throughout the day, dropping to 60 minutes in the evenings.

Route LD1 is operated by RTD using MCI D4500CT over-the-road coaches from Platte Garage, Denver.
Route LD3 is operated by TransDev on behalf of RTD using Gillig 40ft Low Floor transit buses from Longmont Garage.

Current Issues
This route suffers from poor scheduling at ? Station, here buses are timed to depart 3 minutes before W Line trains arrive.
Future Plans
The System Optimization Plan proposes to restore express route LX2 from Longmont to Denver via I-25 while eliminating Route LD1. All routes are proposed to serve the proposed SH 66 and Main St. Park-n-Ride lot. No changes to frequency or span of service are proposed.
