Route GS, ‘Golden / Boulder’, is a weekday peak hours only route from Federal Center to Boulder Transit Center to via Golden and Highway 93.

Route GS operates on weekdays only providing 4 peak period route trips between Golden and Boulder.
The System Optimization Plan proposed to restore this route which was suspended at the start of the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020. This was done in September 2023.
Vehicles Used
The route is operated by RTD using MCI D4500CT over-the-road coaches from Boulder Garage.

Note: Route suspended between 2020 and 2023.
Current Issues
This route suffers from poor scheduling at ? Station, here buses are timed to depart 3 minutes before W Line trains arrive.
Future Plans
The System Optimization Plan does not detail any further proposals to change this route.
