Route BOLT, ‘Boulder / Longmont’, runs from Boulder Transit Center to Longmont via Niwot and Highway 119 (the ‘Diagonal Highway’).
Map & Schedule
Route BOLT operates 7 days a week. Frequency is generally 30 minutes throughout the day on weekdays, dropping to 60 minutes in the evenings. Weekend service is 60 minutes at all times.
Vehicles Used
The route is operated by RTD using MCI D4500CT over-the-road coaches from Boulder Garage.

Future Plans
The System Optimization Plan proposes to introduce a new service pattern that operates along Hover Rd. in Longmont and to CU East
Campus in Boulder. This is in anticipation of the route being replaced by Highway 119 BRT service from mid-2027.
