Route 38

GDT > RTD Routes > Route 38

General Information

Route 38, “38th Avenue Crosstown”, operates seven days a week from Wheat Ridge – Ward Station to Central Park Station via Downtown Denver. Frequency is generally 30mins throughout the day, dropping to 60mins in the evenings. The route is operated by First Transit Commerce City on behalf of RTD using Gillig 40ft Low Floor Transit Buses.

This route was merged with route 34 to create a single route running between Wheat Ridge – Ward Station to Central Park Station via Downtown in May 2023. The reason for this was to provide bathrooms for operators at both end points.
