The District is governed by a Board of Directors with 17 voting and 7 non-voting members. Coordination with CDOT, RTD, freight railroads, regional planning organizations, and local communities is crucial to the District’s success.

Public Comment

Public participation is available during the Public Comment portion of Board Meetings. Committee meetings and workshops do not include public comment. All meetings are virtual unless otherwise noted. In-person meetings will also include an option to join virtually.

Verbal Comments

  • Completing this form is required to speak during Public Comment.
  • The deadline to sign-up is 9 a.m. the morning of the meeting.
  • The order of speaking is on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Public comments will be limited to 3 minutes per person.

Written Comments

  • Send via email to board@frprdistrict.com.
  • Include “Public Comment” as the subject line.
  • Emailed comments received by 2 p.m. the day before the Board Meeting will be provided to the Board in advance of the meeting and will be included as part of the permanent meeting record. Comments received after that time will be provided to the Board following the meeting.
